Rowboat — Privacy Policy

Rowboat is a browser extension that turns tables and lists on a web page into CSV and Excel files. This policy explains what happens to your data. In short: Rowboat does not collect it.
What Rowboat reads
Rowboat reads the content of a web page only after you click its icon, and only on that tab. It looks for tables and lists so it can show them to you. Everything it reads is processed inside your browser.
What Rowboat sends
Nothing. Rowboat does not send page content, your browsing history, files you export or any personal information to its developer or to anyone else. It makes no network requests. Files you export are saved to your computer or copied to your clipboard, and go nowhere else.
What Rowboat stores
Rowboat keeps a few settings in your browser's local extension storage: your file options (such as the CSV delimiter) and technical state such as which tab you last scanned. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you remove the extension.
Sale and sharing of data
Rowboat does not sell, share or transfer user data to third parties, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes. The use of information by Rowboat complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes
If a future version starts handling data differently — for example, to process payments for a paid plan — this policy will be updated before that version is published, and the effective date above will change.

Что Rowboat читает

Что Rowboat отправляет
Ничего. Rowboat не передаёт разработчику или кому-либо ещё содержимое страниц, историю браузера, выгруженные файлы или личные данные и не делает сетевых запросов. Выгруженные файлы сохраняются на ваш компьютер или в буфер обмена.
Что Rowboat хранит
Несколько настроек в локальном хранилище расширения: параметры файла (например, разделитель CSV) и служебное состояние. Эти данные не покидают устройство и удаляются вместе с расширением.
Продажа и передача данных
Rowboat не продаёт и не передаёт данные пользователей третьим лицам, не использует их для рекламы, оценки кредитоспособности или кредитования. Использование данных соответствует правилам Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.
Изменения
Если будущая версия начнёт обрабатывать данные иначе — например, для оплаты платного тарифа, — политика будет обновлена до публикации такой версии.
